nah no acne scars just twin spots which to me is like i get a bump on both sides of face almost in same place..but no scars…
For the palmers, did you use it on your entire face, or just for a particular problem area? My lil girl has a dark ring around her mouth from a rash and I have been trying toget rid it for a year. Can you please help. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Do you think like the St. Ives Apricot Scrub might be good to use instead of the naturally mira?
I really like the Clean and Clear foaming face wash you use… for anyone interested I find that its fairly gentle… it has an antibacterial (i forget what its called) but it seems more gentle than salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. I’ve used it for years and just recently switched but will probably invest in another bottle. In any case, I think its great for a basic morning and evening cleanser, although I usually follow it with something medicated. A light moisturizer afterwards works well.

Although mira is discontinued the St. Ives Apricot Scrub does wonders on my skin. Maybe you can try that.
Also, I want to say thank you for this video. I bought the products and used it. The first day I noticed a difference. Now my worry is my large pores in the morning.

I’m 14 and have had acne since I was 11 years old, but I was on accutane and I’ve been off it for about 4 months now, and a week after I got off my oil return, but thank God my pimples did not and my skin is 95% clear. My question is, did you have to change anything such as the way you eat to reach the goal of completely clear skin? Your skin is flawless!!
no i didn’t really change the way i eat or anything…BIRTHCONTROL is what’s keeping my acne away…i do have oily skin but rather that than acne right…find a matte powder for your face to keep oil away…keep it in your purse all the time…dust some in the oily areas and you’re good to go…i stopped taking my birthcontrol some months ago and my acne came back..i HAD TO START BACK TAKING THEM RIGHT AWAY…bumps everywhere…guess my hormones started back getting out of wack…ttyl girlie
I used palmers all over…but im so sorry she’s having that problem foreal…how old is she?…kinda want you to take her to a dermatologist but if you like try the fade cream or just a fade cream for sensitive skin okay…anything else hit me back…ttyl girl

I’m glad you asked that cus I honestly have seen a big difference. With it short I get to wash my hair more. When I used to get a relaxers it seems like my face would get so clear but once that new growth grew or hair need washing it seems like my face started breaking out like foreal. Sometimes thats how i’d know it’s time for a relaxer. Krazy right…Relaxers are pitfalls for some black women…like me..
lol that’s exactly how it used to be for me!! now that i think about it… my face has gotten better ever since my last relaxer. i stretched for 3 months and my face was struggling… hmmm… but i love my new growths!! aggh!!

thank you so muchy..LOL girl i just could not find any makeup for my face…i dreaded having to buy 2 foundations to blend but luckily it has toned alot and I now wear Mac Studio Tech in NC50 which is perfect with NW 40 concealer which all blends greatly..wanted to just have one undertone but o well
